Cinda Eaton

Cinda Sue Eaton, age 76, passed away January 20, 2024 after a short illness. Cinda was born August 31, 1947 in Derry Twp, PA to the late Homer and Clora (Wolfgang) Chilcote. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Eaton Sr. Cinda was a gifted quilter and blessed many people over the years with her creations. She was a member of Heart and Hand Quilt Bee for over 30 years. Cinda was a member of Faith United Methodist Church. She will be forever missed by her children, Tammy (John) Sproat, Tom (Lisa) Eaton Jr., Peter (Jenny Rohloff) Eaton; grandchildren, Carley (Cory) Klocko, Jesse (Anne) Sproat, Tom (Taylor) Eaton III, Maggie Miller, Bryce Eaton, Brady Eaton, Kayla Eaton, Joey Eaton, Kimberly Eaton; great grandchildren, Carter, Jaxson, Kendall, Vincent, Jesse, and Ryleigh. She is also survived by her siblings, Guy and Jean Chilcote, Don and Helen Chilcote, Virginia Simpson, Linda and Paul Carden, Margaret and Ken Bernholz; sisters-in-law, Darlene Locke and Deb Bellgraph; and many nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, May 18, 2024 from 1-4 PM at Faith Community Church, 2600 7th Street Grand Rapids, MI 49504. Memorials may be made to Humane Society of West Michigan.
