MADURA, Arlyn A.
Marne, MI
Loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend passed away February 10, 2019 with her loving family at her side. Arlyn was born January 13, 1935 in Grand Rapids, to the late Henry and Leona (Hindenach) Farrell. Also preceding her death were her brothers, Ken & Don Farrell; and sister, Shirley Kulfan. Arlyn was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church of Marne and she was an original volunteer with Kid's Food Basket. She will be remembered for her love of baking and devotion to her family. Arlyn is survived by her husband of 62 years, Paul Madura; children, Gregory (Kristine) Madura of Comstock Park, Christopher (Barbara) Madura of Grand Rapids, Jeffrey (Theresa) Madura of Sparta, Marie (James) Huyge of Grand Haven, Amy (Michael) Staskiewicz of Lamont, Jennifer (Matt) Cunningham of Charlevoix; grandchildren, Coleen Madura, Dan Madura, John Madura, Jason (Lindsay) Madura and their children, Brock, Tylee & Hudson, Tiffany (Todd) Peters and their children, Skylar, Payton & Landon, Candice (Billy) Donahue, Sara Madura, Matt Madura, Patrick Huyge, Kathryn (Adam) Brown and their son, Jesse, Raymond Cunningham, and Abby Cunningham. Also surviving are her sisters, Janet Farrell of Byron Center, Sharon (Ray) Braate of Byron Center; brother, Geary (Darlene) Farrell of Grand Rapids; and many nieces & nephews. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday, February 15, at 11 AM at St. Mary's of Marne, 15164 Juniper Drive, Marne, MI 49435. Friends may visit with family on Thursday from 2-4 & 6-8 PM at Heritage Life Story Funeral Home, 2120 Lake Michigan Drive NW and beginning at 10 AM at church. Interment will be in St. Mary's Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Emmanuel Hospice, St. Mary's of Marne, or St. Jude Children's Hospital. www.lifestorynet.com
