Age 102, went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, May 15, 2019. Sadie was born March 28, 1917 in Coopersville to the late Abraham and Effie (Folkertsma) Post. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Wayne; infant son, Steve; daughter-in-law, Linda Crowley; siblings, Marie Delp, Helen Brogan, Peter and Carolyn Post, and Tillie Anderson. She was a faithful member of Richmond Reformed Church. Sadie loved her family and making the home a place where everyone felt loved and secure. She will be lovingly remembered by her children, Elsie (Jim) Phillips of Allendale, Bruce Crowley of Fremont; grandchildren, Shane (Tracey) Crowley of Fremont, Brett (Dana) Crowley of Montague, Adam (Karen) Crowley of Fremont, Christine (Chuck) Krawczak of Overland Park, KS, David Phillips of Allendale; great grandchildren, Calvin, Cora, Taylor, Jake, Tyler, Haven, and Lucian. A funeral service will be held Saturday May 18, 2019 at 3 PM at Heritage Life Story Funeral Home, 2120 Lake Michigan Drive NW. Friends may visit with family beginning at 2 PM. Interment will be in Washington Park Memorial Gardens. Memorials may be made to Richmond Reformed Church or St. Ann's Home.
