MCCOMB, Patricia J.

Age 79, passed away October 20, 2017 at home, with her family at her side. Pat was born September 1, 1938 in Grand Rapids to the late John and Victoria (Danielski) Schneider. She enjoyed a 40 year career with Grand Valley State University. Pat enjoyed travel, which included an occasional trip to a casino. She is survived by her sons, David (Kelly) Snoap of Sparta, Doug (Kathleen) Snoap of Apopka, FL, Brian (Francies) Snoap of Orlando, FL, Kevin (Karen) Snoap of Chesapeake, VA, Tory (Jodie Hertzog) McComb of Wichita, KS; 8 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; brother, James Schneider of Grand Rapids; and dear friend, Jerry Poorman. According to her wishes, cremation has taken place. A service to celebrate Pat's life will be held on Saturday, October 28 at Noon, at Heritage Life Story Funeral Home, 2120 Lake Michigan Drive NW. Friends may visit with the family beginning at 11 AM. There will be a luncheon following the service. Memorials may be made to Spectrum Health Hospice.
